Set your Gymboss Interval Timer for 30 seconds work and 20 seconds rest. Complete the circuit below for 3 rounds. For all stations with singles hit 30 seconds on the right and 30 seconds on the left.

Below is a picture of the Kneeling Press. You will more than likely need to go with a lighter weight than you would use for a Standing Military Press. This is a great way to make a lighter bell more challenging. It's almost impossible to cheat while kneeling.
