
Set your Gymboss Interval Timer for 30/30.
You can break this workout down into 5 exercises performed one at a time. This one works great with a partner also. 30 seconds work 30 seconds rest for 4 minutes (4 rounds) on the 5th round you will go for 1:00 full minute of work. Rest 1:00-2:00 minutes and move onto the next exercise. This workout will challenge your grip endurance with the swings. Give it a try and let us know what you think.
