VO2 Max Workout #4

After instructing 2 great workout sessions this morning and watching my clients really get after it they drove me to get my 4th VO2 Max workout done this morning instead of waiting until this evening as I had planned.

Last session was Sat. going for 20 minutes of 15/15 hitting 7 reps with each arm using the 24 kg bell. Today I planned to increase to just 21 minutes. But if you've ever done high repetition Snatches you know when you get in a groove it's like attacking an animal. If you're a runner it's similar to the high you get when competing. Ended up going for 25 minutes and hitting 350 Snatches. I actually had plenty left in the tank as far as my cardio went but my hands were telling me to stop before I tore them up.

For those of you who do high intensity cardio I would strongly suggest you try some O2 Gold.
