
Next set your Gymboss Interval Timer for 1:00 minute.
You will being 2 separate 12 minute circuits. The first circuit will be with the 3 exercises listed on the left above. Start with 8 reps of Double Push Press. Rest until the top of the minute. Next 6/6 reps of Tactical Lunge. Rest until the top of the minute. Last exercise in the circuit hit 6/6 reps of Snatches or High Pulls. Rest until the top of the minute. Repeat for a total of 4 rounds or 12 minutes.
Rest for 1 minute and go on to the next circuit listed above on the right.
The number of reps per exercise are just suggested. You can always do more reps or less depending on your training needs.
