3 rounds of the above circuit starting with 30 sec. work 25 sec. rest and increase the work time on your Gymboss Interval Timer 5 sec. each round.

If you don't have a set of Rings you can opt for regular Push Ups. Also if you don't have a pair of KB's for Double Static Row just make 2 stations out of it and do singles.
