

This works great with a partner. Start with Goblet Squats for 10 reps. You rest while your partner goes. Stick with Goblet Squats until you go all the way down the ladder. When completed it's 55 solid reps. Then go on to the next listed exercise. Everything in red start with 6 reps and work down to 1. We made one change during the Spiderman Climb. Start that one with 6 reps right and 6 reps left alternating style and work down to 1/1.
With the partner style you go I go 35 minutes was about perfect. Remember all kettlebell workouts can be customized to your current level of fitness.
