
Partner up for this circuit if you can. You go I go style. Start with 2 reps per exercise alternating between you and your partner. Each round you will increase the reps by 2. Second round 4 reps, third round 6 reps, and so on. The first couple of rounds goes quick. See how many rounds you can get in 30 minutes.
Double Static Rows and Figure 8 to a Hold are 2 reps per side. So actually 4 reps total for the first round and 8 reps total for second round.

Sometimes finding motivation to workout is difficult. For these two guys it's never a problem when they push each other to the edge. To me there is nothing better than watching a Father and his Son workout together. It really makes me think of the days to come when I too will get the chance to workout with my boys.
Gerald and Patrick finished this one up in just under 31 minutes and cranked out a whopping 420 reps each.
