I'm back! Sorry for the lack of blogging this past week. I had the opportunity to travel to Camp Pendleton California and assist with an RKC Kettlebell Certification Course for about 6o US Marines. Look for a blog post on that coming soon. Needless to say it was awesome!



Set your Gymboss Interval Timer 20/20.

This workout is not as confusing as it may look. Partner up if you have one. 20 seconds on 20 seconds off for everything except the Snatches. While your partner goes you rest. Everything is for 5 rounds. For Single Arm Rows, 1 Arm Swings and Snatches one round is after you complete the right and left side.

When you finish up with the Snatches I prefer to do 20 seconds right followed by 20 seconds left and then your partner goes. So you get 40 seconds of work followed by 40 seconds of rest. Good Luck
