Set your Gymboss Timer for 20 sec. work 20 sec. rest.
This circuit looks like this. 20 Sec. work on the right, 20 sec. work on the left, rest 20 sec. then on to the next exercise. Complete 5 rounds with 1 min. rest between rounds.
