This is our first Video to go along with the workouts. Many people who can't attend our daily workouts often ask what some of the exercises are that we do. When time allows I will do my best to post a short video demo of our workout. 

Set your Gymboss Timer for 2:45. Complete the above circuit as fast as you can then repeat every 2:45. Go for 10 rounds. 450 reps in about 30 min. If you're not sure what the exercises are checkout the video demo below.
