
- 3 min. of TGU's alternating sides.
- 1 min. rest.
- 5 min. of 2 hand Swings.
- 1 min. rest.
- Repeat for 3 rounds
Swings can be done with a partner with sets of 10 reps. You go I go style. In 5 min. with a partner you should be able to get in 8 rounds each. If you don't have a partner set your Gymboss Timer for 20 sec. work and 20 sec. rest.
