Happy Thanksgiving!


Great group workout at 6 am Thanksgiving Day!

Set your Gymboss Timer for 35 sec. work and 15 sec. rest.

We put groups of 3 at each station. 2 work 1 rest. Go through the station for 2 rounds. Rest through one interval on the timer and begin the next station.

You can also do this with a partner or by yourself.
