Set your Gymboss Timer for 30/30.

Today's circuit you will be changing up the amount of work you do for every other station. This allows for 30 sec. rest between every exercise. Be smart on your KB selection for the exercises designated for 1:00 min. of work, it will catch up to you. Get in 2 rounds for sure and maybe 3 if you really want a challenge.

For the exercise listed box it's your choice. You can do box jumps, step ups fast or step ups slow.

The best thing you can do is listen to your body. Some days you feel great other days it's a struggle. You are the only one who knows for sure when you can turn up the intensity a notch. Give it all you got, when you got it! Lead one.
