Many of you who know me have heard me mention my friend Brad Nelson. Brad is the main person I give credit to introducing me to Kettlebells. Tonight I was catching up on some of the other blogs I like to keep up with and I ran across this short video that Brad's new wife Jordan put together.
Going along with my theme for 2009 and beyond I thought this was a great example of what it really means to Lead one. I'm not ready to go into great detail about my mission but just know It Starts With You. In order to lead others you must first be able to lead yourself. Take a look at the video below of Brad and Jordan's family during a recent mission trip to Africa where they fitted hundreds if not thousands of kids with new hearing aids. The Starkey Hearing Foundation started with the vision of one man.
