
First round of the circuit is 2 reps. All exercises that are one sided you will perform 2 reps per side. Example: Prisoner Lunges would be 2 reps per leg. You go then your partner goes. Each round add 2 reps. Second round will be 4 and so on. Try and get through 5 rounds or 10 reps per exercise. Took us about 35 minutes to complete.
