Sometimes you workout with what's available!

Set your Gymboss Timer for 25 seconds work 25 seconds rest for this one.
Treat each group of 3 exercises as it's own circuit. You will perform all 3 drills in each group and repeat for 4 rounds before moving on to the next group of 3. Rest between groups for 2 minutes. This is a great 35 minute workout.
Your choice Snatches or High Pulls. If you don't have a set of rings yet you can substitute push ups.
