Set your Gymboss Timer for 40 seconds work and 20-40 seconds depending on your fitness level. Or, how hard you want to be challenged!


Run through the listed Kettlebell exercises completing 1 or 2 rounds. Treat this as a fat burning workout and go light to medium on your KB selection and good technique but move quick.
