Set your Gymboss Timer for 45 seconds work and 35 seconds rest.

3 rounds.

  • Walkout Plank to Sumo Deadlift
  • Snatches 5r, 5l hit both sides 2 times
  • Push Ups
  • 2 Hand KB Swings
  • Figure 8 to a hold
  • Turkish GetUps 2r, 2l
  • Rest

The TGU's will take you longer than 45 seconds so make sure you finish them. You have a resting station to follow so don't worry.
