- KB Overhead Walks right arm 25 yards
- 10 Sumo Deadlifts
- 10 1 Arm Swings left arm
- KB Overhead Walks left arm 25 yards
- 10 Sumo Deadlifts
- 10 1 Arm Swings right arm
- Repeat the circuit as many rounds as you can for 30 min.
This one will catch up to you! Use a KB you can keep in the lockout position overhead for the entire walk. If you need to go with a lighter KB.
