Set your Gymboss Timer for 30 min.

  • KB Overhead Walks right arm 25 yards
  • 10 Sumo Deadlifts
  • 10 1 Arm Swings left arm
  • KB Overhead Walks left arm 25 yards
  • 10 Sumo Deadlifts
  • 10 1 Arm Swings right arm
  • Repeat the circuit as many rounds as you can for 30 min.

This one will catch up to you! Use a KB you can keep in the lockout position overhead for the entire walk. If you need to go with a lighter KB.
