Start with 3 min. of Turkish Get Ups alternating sides.

Set your Gymboss Timer for 30 min.

Complete the circuit above using the Ladder method. 10 reps per exercise the first round then 9 reps, 8 reps, 7 reps etc. If you have a partner you can alternate you go I go. If your by yourself just rest as needed.
