  • Turkish Get Ups for 5 min. alternating sides.
  • 2 Hand Swings 30 seconds work 30 seconds rest for 5 min.
  • Goblet Squats 30 seconds work 30 seconds rest for 5 min.
  • Push Press 10 right, 10 left for 5 min. rest as needed.
  • Windmills 3 right, 3 left for 5 min. rest as needed.
  • Combo- High Pull, Snatch 10 right, 10 left for 5 min. rest as needed.

You decide how long to rest... You decide how hard you work... You decide your results... It's up to you!
