- 2 Hand Swings 30 seconds work 30 seconds rest for 5 min.
- Goblet Squats 30 seconds work 30 seconds rest for 5 min.
- Push Press 10 right, 10 left for 5 min. rest as needed.
- Windmills 3 right, 3 left for 5 min. rest as needed.
- Combo- High Pull, Snatch 10 right, 10 left for 5 min. rest as needed.
