Set your Gymboss Timer for 30 minutes.

If you have a partner do this workout you go, I go style. Start with 2 reps for each exercise. Second round increase your reps by 2. So second round is 4 reps each, 3 round 6 and so on. You should be able to get through 5 rounds for a total of 360 reps.
