Start with Turkish Get Ups for 3 minutes. Alternate between right and left side.

Set your Gymboss Timer for 45 seconds work and 25 seconds rest and complete 2 rounds of the above circuit.

Kim is doing Step Ups. For this circuit you do all right leg and then all left leg. Full hip extension at the top drawing all the muscles in the leg up tight contracting the glutes as hard as you can.
