Prisoner Lunges from the Ladies Team



Snatches from the Guys Team.



The Ladies call this rest. Don't worry the guys did too!




This is a great workout for a group.
  • All exercises are for 10 reps. 10 each arm or leg if the exercise is a single. (Example. Snatches 10 right & 10 left.)
  • 1 person from each Team rolls 1 dice at the same time.
  • Whatever Team 1 rolls is what Team 2 will do. Likewise with Team 2.
  • Complete the set and another person from each Team rolls.
  • Set the Gymboss Timer for 30 minutes, and GO!

This workout finished up with a total of around 450 reps for each Team.
