You will stay at each station for a total of 8 minutes. Rotate through all 3 exercises using the 20/20 work to rest. In 8 minutes you will do each exercise 4 times. Rest 2 minutes and go to the next station of 3 exercises. Finish with the 3rd and final station.
If you do not have a pull up bar or rings you can do push ups instead. With double push press if you don't have two kb's of the same size just alternate between right and left.
Halo's are performed with one kb held bottoms up starting behind your neck making small circles around your head in both directions. Try to keep your forearms perpendicular.
