Density training today. Perform each exercise for 5 minutes. Goes like this... Goblet Squats 10 reps on top of the minute for 5 minutes. Depending on how heavy you go should take about 30 seconds to complete 10 reps. Rest until the top of the minute and repeat. After 5 minutes rest 2 minutes then do High Pulls for 10 minutes. Follow this protocol for each listed exercise.

How do you squat???
2 examples below of the correct squatting technique. Full range of motion (ROM) if you can. You will see these two examples are different but both are correct. Back is straight, not vertical but definitely not rounded. If your squat doesn't look like this ask me how we can get it there.
