Start with 10/10 per side with the exception of Push Ups and Walkout Plank, just 10 total on those two. Work through each exercise with the focus on proper technique vs. speed. Second round is 8/8, third round is 6/6, and so on. Rest as needed. This one only takes about 20-25 minutes but a solid 420 reps when completed.
