Set your Gymboss Timer for 40 seconds work and 30 seconds rest. Complete 2 or 3 rounds of the circuit. If you only do 2 rounds finish up with some density training. 5 minutes of Snatches. 10 right, 10 left every minute on top of the minute for 5 minutes.
