Set your Gymboss Timer for 30 minutes.

Try and get 3 rounds of the circuit in 30 minutes. When completed you will have performed just under 400 reps. Everything is 10 reps except the Turkish Getups, 2 right & 2 left. If you don't have rings you can do 10 Burpees!
