Partner workout. You go, I go. If you don't have a partner rest as little as possible. Perform the designated number of reps for each exercise. After each round we did 15 seconds on the ropes for each partner 2 times. If you don't have ropes you can do 30 seconds of Mountain Climbers followed by 30 seconds rest for 2 sets. Repeat the circuit for 3 rounds or watch the clock and go as many rounds as you can in 30 minutes.
