Set your Gymboss Timer for 30 seconds work and 25 seconds rest.
Complete one round of the following circuit. Reset your Gymboss Timer for 2 minutes of Turkish Getups. Alternate arms and make sure to finish on the opposite arm you started with.

Reset your Gymboss Timer for 35 seconds work and 25 seconds rest for round 2 of the circuit.

Finish the workout with Kettlebell Overhead Walks right and left for about 40 yards each arm and do 3 sets.
