Set your Gymboss Timer for 30 seconds work and 15 seconds rest.

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds. Today's workout will include active recovery between each set. As soon as you finish each station begin a light jog. Keep jogging until the timer beeps at 15 seconds. This will give you time to setup for your next station in the circuit. You will complete two rounds. When you get to the Turkish Getups you do not jog. Instead do 3 or 4 Getups on the right, rest and repeat on the left.
