Set your Gymboss Timer to 30 seconds work 25 seconds rest.
You can substitute 1 Arm Rows for Double Static Rows if you don't have 2 KB's of the same size. Mountain Climbers can be done instead of Knee Ups if you don't have access to a Pull Up Bar or Rings.
