Deck of Cards Workout


All you need for this workout is a couple kettlebells and a deck of cards. You decide how many cards to use. Use the whole deck if you dare! For Snatches you can alternate from right to left arms as you go through the deck. Only rest as long as it takes to draw the next card. Good Luck!
