Combining 2 or more Kettlebell exercises can produce amazing results for your conditioning workouts.
This video demonstrates a combo with 1 Arm Swings, High Pulls and Snatches. You can alternate hands like in the video or do multiple reps before switching hands. Do as many sets in progression as you wish. I did 5 sets per arm for a total of 15 reps each side. Total of 30 repetitions just under 90 seconds. Depending on your fitness level rest 30 seconds to 60 seconds and repeat as many times as you want. Give it a try!
