One of the reasons I like these types of workouts is the fact you can make this as hard or as easy as you want. You choose what size KB to use, you choose how much you rest, you choose how hard you push yourself.
If you want to make this workout tough here are some gauges for you. See if you can complete 10 full rounds in the 30 minutes. Let's break it down. Get every exercise done in 30 seconds or less. This gives you at the least 30 seconds rest per round. That makes it 3 minutes for each round. This will help you track your progress with the Gymboss Timer. I prefer to work in 3 minute intervals rather than looking at 30 minutes of work. It's a mindset. Kind of like "How do you eat an elephant?" The answer is one bite at a time.
Let us know how you do. I won't tell you how many reps this workout is. Pretty easy to figure it out when you're done. Don't worry if you can't do 10 rounds. You do what you can do. It doesn't matter what anybody else does. Compete but don't compare yourself to anyone.
