Set your Gymboss Timer for 30 sec. work 17 sec. rest.

Complete the above circuit performing Kettlebell Overhead Walks for 30 sec. on the right then followed by 30 sec. on the left. Work your way through the circuit doing Overhead Walks between every exercise. Be careful on your weight selection for the KB Overhead Walks. The rule is if you can't keep your elbow locked and arm straight the entire 30 sec. drop down in weight. Any questions on this one give us a shout at kettlebelladvantage@q.com
