Work your way down the Ladder on this circuit. Start with 10/10 for reps for the first round. Second round is 8/8, third round 6/6, fourth round 4/4 and fifth round 2/2. The Push Ups and Walkout Planks stay at 10 reps for the guys and 5 reps for the ladies each round.

This circuit only takes about 20-25 min. If you want to increase the volume you can go back up the Ladder for a very tough workout.
