Set your Gymboss Timer for 30 minutes.

  • Perform 2 Turkish Get Ups on the right and left.
  • 10 2 Hand Swings
  • 2 Turkish Get Ups right, left
  • 10 Swings
  • Repeat
  • Repeat
  • Repeat

Do this for 30 minutes resting as needed. Be smart, you will get tired. Revert to the Half Get Up if you need to or grab a smaller KB.

Simple not easy!
