- Perform 2 Turkish Get Ups on the right and left.
- 10 2 Hand Swings
- 2 Turkish Get Ups right, left
- 10 Swings
- Repeat
- Repeat
- Repeat
Do this for 30 minutes resting as needed. Be smart, you will get tired. Revert to the Half Get Up if you need to or grab a smaller KB.
Simple not easy!
