Saturday Workout








We had a royal beatdown on Saturday morning.

  • Snatches 10 right, 10 left



  • Bear Crawl 25 yards



  • Squats 10



  • Bear Crawls 25 yards

Repeat... For 30 minutes

Most everyone made it through 8 rounds!!! That's a total of 4 lengths of the Football field of Bear Crawls! No wonder our shoulders are still screaming today. Gotta Love It!
