June 1st 2009

This is a good Monday workout.


  • 1 Arm Swings (R)
  • 1 Arm Swings (L)
  • Goblet Squats
  • Alternating Kettlebell Lunges
  • High Pulls (R)
  • High Pulls (L)
  • Figure 8 to a Hold
  • Push Press (R)
  • Push Press (L)
  • 2 Hand Swings

4 rounds of different intervals.

  1. 30 sec work 30 sec rest
  2. 25 sec work 25 sec rest
  3. 20 sec work 20 sec rest
  4. 25 sec, no rest. Try to go without setting the bell down.

If you don't have a Gymboss Interval Timer get one.
