- Clean, Squat, Push Press right side 30 sec, 30 sec rest, left side 30 sec
- Clean, Squat, Push Press left side 30 sec, 30 rest, right side 30 sec
- Snatches or High Pulls 30 sec right, 30 sec left without setting it down
- Figure 8 to a Hold 30 sec work, 30 sec rest, 30 sec work
- Heartbeats 30 sec
- Bodyweight Plank 30 sec work, 30 sec rest, 30 sec work
Go for 30-40 min. Great workout to do with a group!
