One Kettlebell is all you need for this type of workout. Today I'm going to let you design it. The possibilities are endless with this combo. The only suggestion I would give you is to go for about 20 minutes. Other than that you can go for a certain number of reps, go for time, up the ladder, down the ladder. Good Luck!   1. Tried this workout today at home with the 16kg KB. Went for 20 minutes, up the ladder from 1 to 5 four times. So about 4 mins per round with rest at the end of the round. Good core and upper body workout! The only thing I would do different when I repeat this one the next time is go up and down the ladder at least 3-4 times in the 20 minutes - get in a few more reps. Got in 180 today, a few more would be good to work towards.
