Hit it hard and blast through this one!


You can set your Gymboss Timer for this one if you like but it should be finished between 15 & 20 minutes.


Work your way down the ladder for this circuit. Great workout for Monday morning. When completed this one is just under 350 reps. If that's not enough for you why not go back up the ladder. 7o0 reps ??? Go for it!
