Set your Gymboss Timer to 30/30.


All exercises in Black will be performed 30 sec. on the right followed by 30 sec. on the left with no rest. Then rest for 30 sec. Everything in Blue will be done for 1:00 min. Rest for 30 sec. and work your way down the circuit. Complete 2 rounds with about 1:00 min. rest between rounds. Video demo below.
