Today is Fat Burning Friday! Go light to medium on your kettlebell selection today. The goal is to keep the bell moving for the entire minute of work. It's important to keep proper technique until you have parked the bell safely on the floor. Why? Most injuries happen when you get tired and lazy. Stay with every set physically and mentally.
