Don't let this happen to you!!!



Try and complete this workout in less than 40 minutes.

Partner style. You go I go. Everything in black you will perform starting with 10 reps all the way down to 1 rep. Then move on to the next exercise. Red start with 5 reps down to 1. Example: 10 reps of Swings, partner does 10 reps of swings, 9 reps of swings, partner does 9 reps, 8 reps, partner goes.... down to 1 rep. Spiderman Climb and Prisoner Lunges is 10 reps per side. So double reps on those.
