PARTNER LADDERS PLUS 2


Grab a partner for this one. Start with 2 reps for each exercise. One person works while one person rests. Second round work up the ladder and do 4 reps for each exercise. Continue this by increasing 2 reps every round for 30 minutes. Goal is to complete 10 reps for each exercise. Good Luck!
