Simple is good!

  • Turkish Get Ups (4 min).
  • 2 Hand Swings (30 sec work 30 sec rest for 4 min).
  • Turkish Get Ups (4 min).
  • Figure 8 to a Hold (30 sec work 30 sec rest for 4 min).
  • Turkish Get Ups (4 min).
  • Snatches or High Pulls (30 sec right 30 sec rest 30 sec left 30 sec rest 4 min).

Take 1 minute rest between each set.
