Today went like this...

  • Windmills 3 sets of 3/3

Only 2 exercises made up the rest of the workout. Swings and Goblet Squats or Burpees if you choose.

Starts with 25 Swings followed by 4 Goblet Squats. 24 Swings, 4 Goblet Squats, 23 Swings, 4 Goblet Squats, 22 Swings, 4 Goblet Squats. You get the picture. All the way down to 1 Swing, 4 Goblet Squats. You can do Burpees instead of Goblet Squats if you want.

I'm not going to tell you how may reps this workout is. You can add it up when you are finished!
